Code review every PR for vuln classes, threat-model new features before they ship, run the responsible-disclosure inbox, own SAST + DAST tooling.
Cloud & Infrastructure Security Engineer
AWS hardening, IAM least-privilege, secrets management (KMS/Vault), audit-log pipeline, VPC + WAF + DDoS posture. Run our SOC2 readiness.
Smart Contract Security Auditor
Audit the WRK BEP-20 token, escrow contracts, on-chain settlement service. Solidity fluency, MythX / Slither / Echidna experience. Re-validate every deploy.
DevSecOps Engineer
CI/CD pipeline hardening, container scanning, dependency-update automation, signed artefacts + SBOM. Build the "secure by default" toolchain we deploy through.
Incident Response / SOC Analyst
24x7 monitoring rotation, alert triage, write the runbooks, lead post-mortems. Real on-call (paid). Calm under pressure beats every cert on paper.
Full-stack Developer
PHP + JavaScript across the board. Five tracks - same toolbox, different surfaces. Own a vertical, ship it end-to-end, write the spec, on-call your own code.
Senior Full-stack Engineer (Marketplace)
Own jobs, proposals, search ranking, public profile, vetting flow. Touch every layer - DB schema, PHP controllers, server-rendered views, vanilla JS interactions.
Senior Full-stack Engineer (Workroom & Contracts)
Own contracts, milestones, work-diary, dispute mediator surface, time tracking. State machines, audit logs, edge-case-heavy.
Senior Full-stack Engineer (Payments & Settlement)
Escrow, Stripe + PayPal cash rails, WRK on-chain settlement, payouts, EOR payroll integration. Idempotency, retries, reconciliation - the parts where bugs cost money.
